Thank you for your interest in Student Works Painting, a division of Future Entrepreneurs of America. Our mission is to provide university and college students with an opportunity to gain real life business experience while earning tuition money, and to deliver quality service to our customers. Although we are new to Washington State, Student Works has been training students and producing quality jobs since its inception in 1981.
Our organization evolved as a necessary response to a shortage of meaningful summer jobs for students. A few students took matters into their own hands by successfully running their own painting company over the summer. This has developed into a professional painting network, which employs hundreds of managers and painters each year.
The reason for our success can be summed up in one word: COMMITMENT. This starts with the recruiting process where commitment means hiring the best individuals for each branch. Our managers then undergo an intensive training program in the spring, consisting of the technical aspects of running a painting business. This training continues throughout their production season with a proven and readily available support and guidance network.

I am a student at the University of Oregon and was recently appointed brach manager at Student Works. I am extremely motivated and promise to make every effort to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Aside from paintbrushes we bring..... -Respect and professionalism to your home -Adherence to our proven "Painter System" -Supervised Application and strict quality control -Asset Protection and liability coverage (Many contractors don't offer this) -Members of the Better Business Bureau -Satisfaction knowing that you are helping students -Support of the Mutiple Sclerosis Society
