How long have you been in business?
This store was opened in 1985. We have been the owners since 1992.
What is your primary product or service?
Printing and Copying. We are also solutions people, we are here to help our customers and provide them great service. We offer complete graphics and bindery service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was the guy that ordered all the printing at each of my previous jobs. I know what it is like from the other side of the counter and keep that in mind with everyone we work with. My background was graphic design and painting/drawing - way before computers came along. I have an eye for color and layout. I also love to work with positive people.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We want to help people. Each job is different and there is not a "cookie cutter" answer to everything. We take the time and make the effort to find solutions that work for you.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and have been downtown since 1985. We plan to stay here and be a solid part of the community.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our address is 1111 A Street. We are right across the street from the Downtown Post Office (the old Federal Court House). We are one block toward the Port of Tacoma from Pacific Avenue between 12th and 11th Street. There is head-in parking right in front. Huge green awning that says "Minuteman Press" across it.
What type of payments do you accept?
All forms of payment.
Which areas do you service?
All of Pierce County including Seattle to Olympia.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Jeff Brunson is the owner and General Manager. He does all the quoting of jobs. Krys Beard is the Assistant Manager and handles all the processing of income jobs and graphics. Gabrielle Gent is Digital Manager and handles all the customers that come into the front counter and runs all of the digital production and copier work.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Other times by appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
A referral to a friend that we did a great job.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
