How long have you been in business?
I've been doing bookkeeping for well over 8yrs BUT I have been in business for 2yrs. My clients come from industries in construction, manufacturer, healthcare, non-profit, Law office, and a retail store.
What is your primary product or service?
Full Service Bookkeeping Payroll Service Tax Preparation. We also have Virtual Assistants!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I know its alot of money hiring a bookkeeper or using a bookkeeping service. What seperates me from the rest is that I love my job. I love the work I do. I also stay open after hours by appointment... even on the weekends. I advertise Cheap Rates and I mean just that!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am currently working out of 1 location. At this time I am looking at another office :)
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, or money order, In the process of accepting credit card via paypal.
Which areas do you service?
King & Pierce County
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ms. Rai Jones is the owner
What are your hours of operation?
M-F: 8m-6pm & Sat: 10am-3pm. All other days and hours have to be by appointment only.
