How long have you been in business?
Our Auburn Center opened in December, 2005 and our Federal Center opened in February 2007.
What is your primary product or service?
In-House private office suites, virtual offices for those that work from home and meeting space which includes 3 conference rooms, a day office and a full classroom.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I found that I needed a small office for my business but the only thing that was available was to large and to expensive. There was a property for sale on Main Street in Auburn so I bought that property and remodeled it into executive office suites. That has 14 offices and filled up pretty quickly so then opened the Center in Federal Way which has 60 private offices.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a Class A office space which offers upscale, professional services, quality and friendly staff. The large classroom is an added bonus that is very hard to find in other Centers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a Center in Auburn and one in Federal Way. Within the next year we are hoping to open a Center in Tacoma.

Auburn, 815 East Main Street. Just 6 blocks East on Main Street from Auburn Way S. Federal Way - Exit I5 at Hwy 18 and go West for about 2 miles to 1st. Turn right - go through the intersection at 336th and we are the first building on the right.

Owners are a married couple and the wife is the Center Manager, husband oversees all operations.

Monday through Friday - 8:30 to 5:00
